ASL for Access™ offers digital resources and training tools designed to support real-world inclusion. Because our materials are delivered electronically and often accessible immediately, we offer limited refunds under the conditions below.

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds are generally not available once materials have been accessed or downloaded. This includes:

•     The Starter Kit
•     Quick-reference guides
•     Training modules or videos

2. Exceptions
We understand that access barriers happen. If you experience a technical issue or accessibility-related concern that prevents you from using the materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or offer a refund if appropriate.
